Halloween at the Haunted Hotel Monaco
It’s hell downstairs in the hotel and heaven up at the indoor/outdoor Stratus Rooftop Lounge. There’s an open bar for the first hour (10 to 11 p.m.) and Halloween-themed cocktails all night.
