Philadelphia 76ers legend Julius “Dr. J” Erving celebrated his 76th birthday at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, steps from the site of the former Spectrum, where he cemented his legacy as a Philadelphia legend.
Mayor Cherelle Parker and City Council President Kenyatta Johnson presented Dr. J with a special citation honoring his lasting contributions to basketball and to the City of Philadelphia.
