Detectives are trying to identify three men who burglarized a North Philadelphia corner store before setting it on fire earlier this month.

The incident happened at around 6:30 a.m. Oct. 1 inside a business at 19th and Ringgold streets, according to authorities.

Surveillance video released Wednesday shows the suspects using pickaxes in an attempt to pry open an ATM; then, one of them is shown squirting lighter fluid along one of the store’s aisles. Flames emerged from a kitchen area moments later, law enforcement officials said.

Police said one of the suspects, a Black male between the ages of 16 and 19, hurt his hand while damaging ATM. At the time of the crime, he was wearing trash bags over his shoes and rode a black bicycle, investigators said.

Authorities described the two other suspects as a 15- to 17-year-old Black male with dreadlocks and a Black man between the ages of 21 and 25 years old. The former was wearing a black TKS shirt and black Jordan 5 sneakers, while the older suspect had ripped camouflage pants and Adidas Adistar or Spiritain sneakers.
